  • What exactly is FlexiDesk ?

    FlexiDesk is a designated seating in a common area or it can be in a private office that has ample of work surfaces, fast internet and access to power. There is no need to book in advance. You can view the occupancy level of our locations from our app in real-time. As a FlexiDesk member, all you need to do is to drop in your preferred location, check-in and start working and connect with the other members.

  • What documentations are needed to sign up for a FlexiDesk ?

    All you need to provide us to sign up for a FlexiDesk is a valid government issued ID (Passport, KTP, Driver License or similar)

  • Are there any long-term contracts?

    There is no long term contract with our FlexiDesk membership. Choose your desired term and sign up for it. We have month-to-month plan, 3 months prepaid plan (you get 15% discount for this) and 6 months prepaid plan (you get 30% discount for this)

  • What is Connect Member ?

    Connect membership is our On-Demand membership, design for people who do not need access to constant workspaces. As a Connect Member, you get to be part of our ever growing community, be the first to be invited to our workshops, parties and events and also enjoy our facilities at the lowest possible rates.

  • How does Connect Member works ?

    It works like a Mobile Sim Card. Everything about this membership can be manage via our App. You will have to load credits into your membership and you can use your credits to purchase services, beverages, workshops tickets and more. Your credit has validity ranging from 3 months to 1 year depending on the amount of credit you buy. Once you do not have any credit in your account, your credit will remain active for 3 months and thereafter it will be terminated.

  • How long does my Connect Membership last ?

    Connect Membership last as long as there is credit in there.

  • How much is Connect Membership ?

    It is $0 to sign up for a Connect Membership for now. All you have to do is to load Rp200,000 into it.

  • Can I access your meeting room or private lounge ?

    Yes, you can use your credit in your Connect Membership to book these facilities. As a Member, you enjoy the lowest possible price for these facilities.

  • I'm interested to view your space and to better understand how your memberships plan works ?

    You can simply drop in our centers according to it's operation time and one of our representative will tour you around.

  • I'm ready to sign up! What are my payment options ?

    We gladly accept cash, credit card, bank transfer and PayPal

  • What is your operation hours ?

    For PIK Avenue, we are open from 9am to 10pm daily, everyday For Metropolitan Tower, we are open from 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday

  • After becoming a member, how do I access the space ?

    You will receive a login to our app once your account is activated. It takes about 24 hours after your payment to get your account activated. With the login, all you need to do is to login to your app, click on MyID and your personalised QR code will pop out. Simple scan that at our FrontDesk before your entry and before you leave for the day.

  • We love to connect our members with one another.

    As part of this commitment, may we request you to update your profile in our app regularly. Information here will be used by our system to match you with potential clients and partners.
